Sean Ronan
Partner
Sean Ronan earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in Southern California. He continued his education soon after by returning to CSUDH to earn a Masters degree in Administrative Management. Sean’s first 10 years of work experience were focused around high level information technology sales. His most notable experience in sales was with Savvis Communications as a Senior Global Account Manager. He was in the top 10% of sales 5 out of the 5 years he was employed by Savvis. As a result of his repeated sales success and global experience, he was selected from over 2000 employees to be on a special 5 person Global task force that made major internal decisions and reported directly to the CEO. Following Sean's sales career at Savvis he and a partner started Global Communication Consultants reselling global IT services. One year later he took a profit when he sold his share of GCC to his partner. This provided him the liberty to move to Costa Rica with his wife, Angela, and their 2 children. Immediately, upon arriving in Costa Rica, Sean Co-founded 21Gnet, the 1st provider of online real-time blackjack tournament software. In less than 3 years Sean has: developed and tested the unique software, brought it online for worldwide distribution and today has over 30 employees moving more than $1,000,000 USD per month in revenues. In fall of 2008 Sean stepped down as acting CEO of 21Gnet to partner with Tony Feeney and launch Offshore Saving Solutions. As of 2009 OSS is a fully funded and cash flow positive company poised for great success with our new global economy.

Tony Feeney
Partner
Tony received his formal education at the University of Wyoming earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in the Social Sciences. Tony worked at a private high school in the US for 4 years before accepting a position at the prestigious Country Day School in San Jose, Costa Rica where he taught high school humanities for another 3 years.
In 2003 he was invited to work at IDS, a subsidiary of online poker giant Absolute Poker. Serving as General Manager for 2.5 years, he helped facilitate the growth of the company from 30 employees to over 300. He oversaw the development of 12 departments and helped design the transition from small business to a legitimate corporate entity. Tony left IDS in Oct. 2006 and was immediately employed as Operations Manager at 21gnet, a software development company in San Jose. As Operations Manager he oversaw all accounting, financial, HR, customer service and physical plant responsibilities. Having the experience of growing 2 successful businesses Tony was ready to join Sean as a partner in the fall of 2008 for the launch of Offshore Saving Solutions.

Aaron Wilkerson
Sr. Consultant
Aaron worked his way through Chiropractic school and the start-up phases of his practice climbing from Telemarketer to Director of Sales with THD, Inc. This experience refined his understanding of sales in general, and the unique nature of telesales and customer service. As Director of Sales he also developed his management and training skills. Upon graduating with honors from Cleveland Chiropractic College Los Angeles, Aaron, opened a small practice in North Hollywood where he shared the tools and wisdom he gained throughout school and over 1,300 hours of seminars he attended outside of school. For 6 years Aaron practiced as a Chiropractor and Re-organizational life coach, teaching his clients how to re-organize and maximize their lives. In a move to practice what he was preaching, Aaron followed a 10 year dream to live in Costa Rica and arrived in San Jose in November 2008. Today, Aaron works as an outsourcing consultant and sales lead for Offshore Saving Solutions, and it is his co-workers and small to mid-sized US businesses that are benefitting from Aaron’s experience and focus.

Michael Antoine
Sr. Consultant
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Michael studied Psychology and English. He is a licensed mortgage broker and a certified regulatory specialist. For much of his life he lived and worked across the US and Europe before settling in Costa Rica with his wife, Allison, and new baby girl, Jethsemani, in 2008.
Michael has consulted, designed, and launched new projects, divisions, and companies for over 15 years. His professional history began with the management of mergers and acquisitions with several nationwide networks of business accounts. Michael has owned retail stores, fulfillment centers, and a worldwide project development and consulting firm. His clients have included MCI, NovaStar Home Mortgage, and IndyMac Bank to name a few.
Michael’s experience working with companies of all sizes, and across a wide variety of industries compliments the OSS Business Development team’s goal to provide the small business owner the very best communication, service, and production while driving their costs down and profitability up.
